The fourth annual meeting of the Czech Business Platform in India took place in Delhi on the invitation of the Czech Ambassador H. E. Milan Hovorka. More than 40 representatives of Czech companies in India took part in this social event at the Ambassador’s residence.
The meeting included representatives of large Czech companies in India such as Škoda Auto, Home Credit, Bonatrans, Doosan Škoda Power, Fans, Preciosa, Papcel, Dormer Pramet and Hutní projekt Frýdek Místek.
The medium and small companies such as Liko-S, Bohemian Beer, Technicoat, Gearspect, Dermacol and Packeta were also present. CEE Attorneys has been represented through Indian partner Maheshwari & Co. Voyage Technologies India represented Czech companies BAC Holding and Abitec. In addition, representatives of the Czech-Indian joint venture EL Ray and the Indian sales representative of TOS Hulín and TOS Kuřim were present.
The project of the Czech Industrial Cluster near Bengaluru (www.czechindustrialcluster.com) was also introduced to the representatives of Czech companies during the evening. The Cluster will offer manufacturing, storage and office space to Czech companies.
Students of the Czech language from the University of Delhi were also invited to attend the meeting. They had an opportunity to meet with the representatives of Czech companies and discuss possibilities of future employment.
The Czech Business Platform in India is an informal grouping of Czech companies with commercial presence in India and was founded in Delhi in 2016 under the auspices of the Czech Embassy.
